Franchise Business Consultant - Sonic

Duties And Responsibilities Achieve the operations and business performance goals for the portfolio of Franchisees, as set by regional operations leader. Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance, align on future goals, and develop coaching plans. Track ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions towards commitments and plans; provide coaching and recommendations. Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants, aligning with construction team, monitoring milestones, and ensuring facilities meet operational specifications. Facilitate communication between Franchisee and cross‑functional partners to align on safe and consistent brand experience, same‑store growth, and unit growth. Collaborate with Field Marketing Team on operations initiatives, marketing product rollouts, and local/regional marketing plans. Conduct evaluations on restaurants as needed. Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support for franchisees. Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads. Complete all administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner.
