As products move down the line, you’ll keep a close eye on quality, collaborate with your teammates to hit daily targets, and communicate quickly if something looks off. By the end of the day, you’ll leave your station spotless and prepped for tomorrow—safer, smoother, and more efficient than before.

• Assemble and produce items to exact specifications.
• Continuously monitor processes to uphold quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Work closely with teammates to meet goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Flag issues or discrepancies to your supervisor without delay.
• Join training sessions to build skills and expand knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented approach with clear, positive communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
