Amplify is hiring an Account Representative to join our team on a full-time basis in Charlotte, NC. Are you someone who thrives on competition, pushes past limits, and is driven to win? At Amplify, we’re looking for motivated individuals with a background in sports who are ready to bring that same energy, discipline, and team-first mentality into a fast-paced sales environment. The Account Representative is vital to our daily business operations and customer success.
About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales strategies, building relationships, driving customer acquisition, and contributing to overall team success. This is an in-person role based in Charlotte, offering hands-on training and growth opportunities for individuals eager to develop their sales and leadership skills.
Account Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

Account Representative Qualifications:
- Background in competitive environments preferred

- Ability to work full-time in Charlotte, NC
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
