Respected nationally recognized boutique law firm are looking for a Litigation Associate with 5-10 years of experience to handle complex commercial and construction litigation matters. About the Role You'll be stepping into a high-impact role where senior partners need someone who can manage court appearances, motion practice, and depositions. Responsibilities Handling court appearances, case management conferences, and oral arguments on summary judgment motions Conducting depositions and cross‑examining witnesses Managing complex commercial real estate litigation and contract disputes Representing insured architects, engineers, and contractors in construction defect and D&O claims as panel counsel for major insurance companies Supporting motion practice and litigation strategy across the firm's growing commercial litigation portfolio Qualifications 5-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or real estate‑related matters Required Skills Ability to manage complex cases independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Pooley Associates
