Come and join our team, where you are a team member and shareholder, working together for growth.Bellatrix has the current position open, and we are looking for top talent to help us shine in this mission.Title: Program Manager DCGS Training ProgramLocation: San Angelo, TX AFBProgram: Airforce/Contingent upon Contract AwardDetermine and define project scope and objectivesOversee business process improvement analysis and project management support for DCGS support to 313 TRS and Intelligence Analysis ProgramCoordinate tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements and Quality Control Plans (QCPs)Meet the requirements of all work with a focus on client and customer service, as well as monitor and proactively manage Contract requirementsThe PM and 17th TRSS COR(s) will work closely together to establish a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), balance the workload, and ensure that the work to be completed meets all expectations and projected timelines. The PM will notify the 17th TRSS COR(s) if the timelines are at risk and will develop the required remedy actions to get back on schedule.Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process improvements. Efforts may also include assisting in defining scope, developing plans, timelines, tracking action items and their resolution, and assessing workforce distribution requirementsCoordinate tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements and Quality Control Plans (QCPs)Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerEstablish clear organizational lines of authority and responsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirementDefine, research, analyze, document, and recommend best business practices process solutions, guidance, legislation, protocols, policies, and integrated toolsDevelop and implement change management, marketing, and communication strategiesCollect, maintain, and analyze data for trendsPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs in order to meet budgetDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementQualifications for Program ManagerBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field10 years of project management and related experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredProven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelinePM over Training Programs experience requiredAirforce experience preferredAnalysis 200 and 300 experience preferredAirforce ADG, DCGS, ISR experience HIGHLY preferred.DoD TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIREDSend resume to View email address on click.appcast.io is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
