Territory Manager 2020 Companies, a premier outsourced sales and marketing agency, is hiring experienced Territory Managers to provide welcome services to new merchants in the financial sector. Job Details Schedule: Monday – Friday. Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity. Requires personal vehicle, insurance, and MVR check. Day in the Life Meet and welcome new merchants adopting the client’s credit services. Travel within assigned territory, visiting up to 35 retailers per day. Spend about 50% of the 8‑hour workday in store. Occasionally travel up to a two‑hour drive from home. Demonstrate the value of the client’s line of credit services to merchants. Job Description Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at retailers. Drive merchant awareness within the assigned territory. Maintain professional interaction with merchants and coworkers. Attempt to install point‑of‑purchase signage on exterior or interior of business. Advise merchants on product information. Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and feedback. Travel to major markets and events for brand launches. Assist in launch‑related activities as needed. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations accurately. Submit feedback reporting promptly. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple stores daily and weekly. Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Execute assigned activities inside each location during visits. Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, signage placement, and productivity. Record and maintain documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Reliable transportation within the territory.
