About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Retail to lead and scale its US retail network, with a focus on driving operational excellence, profitability, and elevated customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, store leadership, and cross-functional partnerships, and must have a strong background in experiential retail environments. This role requires a strategic business leader with full P&L ownership, who can develop and execute retail growth strategies, optimize performance, and ensure consistency across customer experience, visual merchandising, and operations. Applicants for the Head of Retail position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' retail leadership experience, including significant experience in leading a multi-market experiential retail network. The role is highly visible and demands a leader with a people-first approach, who can demonstrate strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a commitment to the values of collaboration, agility, innovation, and exceptional customer experience. The Head of Retail will be a key partner to executive leadership and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the company's retail expansion and customer engagement initiatives.
