Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Take and defend depositions. Appear in court and argue motions. Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy. Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team. Be front and center with clients and in the courtroom. Experience you will need: 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus). Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence.
