This entry-level (Lead Caregiver) supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role. Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled Provide training for employees Conduct monthly staff meetings Provide hands-onassistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assistwith daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing,toileting,personalhygieneand more. Qualifications What makes you a great fit: Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED equivalentrequired. A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.
