ClaimInformatics is a payment integrity and fiduciary compliance company based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. We serve self-funded employer health plans, third-party administrators (TPAs), captive insurance programs, and Taft-Hartley funds.

The role

This role supports the sales process and ensures the right follow-ups happen. You will keep every conversation moving after a meeting ends: sending follow-up emails and documents, booking the next meeting, keeping Zoho CRM accurate, and ensuring new clients have a smooth handoff between teams.

We are looking for a go-getter who acts without waiting to be asked and isn't afraid of making mistakes along the way.

What you do

Follow-up and scheduling

• Send follow-up emails and documents after external meetings

• Coordinate meetings and schedules, including booking follow-up meetings

• Check in on stalled deals to confirm whether each is still active

CRM, pipeline, and reporting

• Maintain CRM and sales data in Zoho

• Coordinate sales tools, systems, and processes

• Track opportunities through the sales process

• Prepare pipeline reviews for the CEO

• Create sales reports and dashboards

Contracts and documentation

• Manage contracts and sales documentation

Onboarding and handoff

• Support customer and account setup

• Track customer onboarding activities

• Ensure a smooth handoff between teams, including kickoff scheduling

Sales support

• Respond to internal sales support requests and handle routine reporting and administrative tasks

You may also

• Prepare for meetings with the CEO, including prep calls and materials

• Log meeting notes in Zoho

• Manage follow-ups as Zoho Tasks and keep a dated next step on every active deal

• Support forecasting and pipeline tracking

• Assist with commissions and sales metrics, including the monthly reconciliation with Finance

• Prepare materials for leadership reviews

• Assist with proposals, customer paperwork, presentations, and sales materials

• Support trade shows and events

What success looks like

90 days - Schedules follow-ups independently and maintains Zoho.

12 months - Begins providing BDR support by pre-qualifying opportunities and scheduling initial calls.

18–24 months - Takes on forecasting and begins providing account management support.

Salary Range

The base salary for this role is $60,000 per year, plus uncapped variable compensation tied to the deals you help close.

Requirements

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support and CRM operations

• Experience supporting a sales team or senior executive in a B2B environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling tools, including Outlook and Teams

• Experience with contracts and document management

• Clear, professional business writing for client-facing follow-up emails

• Ability to work remotely and manage your own workload

Preferred

• Zoho CRM experience (experience with other CRMs, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, will be considered)

• Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, TPAs, or insurance

• Excel and reporting skills

• Familiarity with HIPAA and handling sensitive health information

We will train on Zoho CRM, healthcare and self-funded benefits, and Excel reporting.
