Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients who may be struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client is key to building effective therapeutic relationships and fostering lasting change.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to provide mental health therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Deep empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
