Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor to create a safe therapeutic space for clients.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with a proven track record of providing evidence-based treatment. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
