Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings; adapt techniques to suit a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

• Coordinate care through ongoing collaboration with case managers and psychiatrists to provide seamless support to clients.

• Respond swiftly to crisis situations, offering immediate intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and credentials.
