Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will take on various responsibilities that are critical to our overall mission:

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, experience in a group practice setting, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and prior supervisory experience will be advantageous in successfully executing the responsibilities of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $65,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
