Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing standardized assessments along with keen observational skills.

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions focusing on language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing techniques.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Provide educational resources to patients and families to facilitate progress beyond the therapy room.
• Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the recovery process.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with applicable laws and organizational standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing professional development and peer discussions.

Educational Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) without ASHA certification is acceptable.

Required Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preference given for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of joining.
