Description

The PC Support Technician provides on‑site technical support to hospital staff, focusing on device refresh tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable access to technology in a clinical environment.

• Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on‑site technical support to hospital staff with minimal disruption to clinical workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment inventory, service requests, and completed work.
• Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Proven experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience in a hospital IT environment is a plus.

• Technical Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred.
• Basic Networking Knowledge: Understanding of basic network configurations and troubleshooting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oconomowoc,WI.
