A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated pediatric physician to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities, offering excellent work-life balance. Flexible scheduling options are available, with optional Saturday coverage for providers seeking additional hours.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
• Active or eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 annually (based on experience)
