Endoluminal Territory Associate

Intuitive Surgical seeks an Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the ION platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role involves clinical training, procedural support, and collaboration with hospital staff and physicians to drive program development and effective system integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support and training to new users during their learning curve
• Become a clinical expert in pulmonary oncology and support training activities
• Collaborate with hospital staff and key physicians to integrate ION platform at new sites
• Facilitate user and procedural data capture for quality and benchmarking metrics
• Manage administrative tasks, Salesforce database, and expense reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum one year of sales, leadership, or clinical experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity in changing environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 60% and be located near major airline hub
• Knowledge of pulmonology or bronchoscopy space preferred
