Print Production AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Production Assistant to support the coordination and execution of high-volume print advertising campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring that creative assets move efficiently through production pipelines and are delivered on time across a variety of formats, including transit, outdoor, and large-scale print ads.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between internal teams, advertising agencies, marketing departments, and commercial printers to keep projects on trackMonitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently metTroubleshoot production issues on both client and vendor sides, proactively resolving delays or technical issuesCommunicate regularly with stakeholders by phone and email, providing clear updates and gathering necessary informationMaintain detailed tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systemsEnsure all specifications and requirements for print production are followed accuratelyLearn and adhere to established internal procedures and workflows (training provided)
