Our Communications Team The Communications team at Noom plays a vital role in shaping how we tell our story to the world. From media relations and brand storytelling to executive communications and thought leadership, this team drives awareness, credibility, and engagement across key audiences. We partner closely with teams across the organization to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Noom’s mission to improve health outcomes at scale. About the Role As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Communications Associate to help shape and execute Noom’s external communications strategy. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic visibility across our Communications function. Sitting at the center of the team’s day-to-day execution, you’ll manage workflows, strengthen external partnerships, support events, collaborate with media, and contribute across a wide range of initiatives. This role serves as a key connector across departments, ensuring communications initiatives are aligned, measurable, and effectively executed to elevate Noom's brand presence both internally and externally. You Will Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Communications team, ensuring priorities are aligned, timelines are met, and initiatives move forward efficiently Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors supporting communications, PR, and brand initiatives Serve as a cross-functional liaison, facilitating workshops, alignment meetings, and collaborative initiatives across teams Contribute to Noom-hosted events and community engagement efforts, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment Support external conference participation and speaking opportunities, including coordination, messaging alignment, and on-site logistics Build and strengthen media relationships across the PR landscape Draft and develop content across multiple platforms, including social media, blog posts, and executive talking points, ensuring stakeholder alignment Support the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting frameworks, and enhance cross-team communication systems Own additional communications functions such as awards submissions, event calendar management, and vendor coordination About You If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by elevating how Noom communicates its impact and story, this role may be for you! The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$87,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
