In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Apply technical expertise in the production of products. Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment. Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs. Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs. Solve production problems and improve process capabilities. Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews. Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers. Participate in the administration of technical procedures. Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations. Support capacity model and lean initiatives. May participate in lean six sigma improvement teams. May interact with teammates in numerous global locations Who You Are: You identify and drive continuous improvements. The hourly pay for this role is $24-$28, commensurate with the year in school and experience each candidate brings to a role.
