The Sr Analyst, Supplier Operations serves as a vital technical and operational partner driving the success of online merchandising and marketplace operations. Combining expert-level data analytics with hands-on supplier support, this role leverages SQL and Google BigQuery to navigate massive, complex item datasets, optimize fulfillment configurations (Ship-to-Customer and Ship-to-Store), and execute key data strategies for major system rollouts, including Mirakl.
Beyond backend data mastery, the Senior Analyst acts as a primary operational liaison for external partnersmanaging ticketing workflows, troubleshooting complex system issues, and empathetically resolving high-stakes supplier escalations. Partnering closely with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants, you will translate enterprise-scale data into actionable business solutions, drive process efficiencies, and elevate overall supplier engagement to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- 30% Partner with Merchandise Planning Managers and Online Merchants to analyze business drivers, provide insightful assessments and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
- 40% Track and measure business performance via execution of key daily, weekly and monthly reporting; seek out opportunities to continuously improve reporting efforts.
- 30% Contribute to projects and new initiatives with further strategic business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
