You'll start with a base salary while learning the business and building your pipeline. As your book grows, you'll transition into a higher-earning commission-focused role with uncapped income potential and renewal commissions. You'll have access to agency-generated opportunities, trusted referral partnerships, hands-on coaching, and access to over 30 insurance carriers to help clients find the right protection - not just the cheapest price. What's In It For You? $50,000-$100,000 guaranteed first-year BASE income PLUS uncapped commission (starting guaranteed "base" depending on experience).
