Compensation

Guaranteed Base Salary for the first year based on MGMA benchmarks
Highly competitive wRVU-based bonus structure
Profit sharing in a physician-owned surgical hospital and clinic
$35,000 Sign-On Bonus
$15,000 Relocation Stipend
Ownership/partnership track in a respected, multi-specialty surgical practice
