Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts for a full-time position supporting school districts not far from the Jacksonville, FL area for the upcoming school year. This role is ideal for professionals committed to providing high-quality behavioral support services in an educational setting.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet all district hiring requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
