Position Overview Center for Allied Health education is seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. As a key part of the team, you will help ensure the office runs smoothly and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist students, staff, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage incoming emails Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and room bookings Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Support document preparation, filing, data entry, and record-keeping Assist with mail distribution, scanning, and photocopying Help coordinate internal communications and announcements Provide general support to administrative staff and academic departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-service minded #J-18808-Ljbffr
