Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to assist clients navigating mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and needs, crafting customized treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services and psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and strategies relevant to their situations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care, aligning treatment strategies and sharing insights.

• Maintain detailed clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential issued by the appropriate state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
