Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting thorough assessments via telecommunication to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals effectively.

• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

• Engaging in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to track client’s progress and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role allows you to work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or other mental health conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting healing and supporting clients on their journey towards well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your practice state.

• No limited or provisional licenses; no existing disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques.
