Medical Billing Supervisor

Managing a remote team of Medical Claims Specialists, the full-time Medical Billing Supervisor will oversee claims submission, resolve outstanding issues, and train staff while ensuring compliance with agency requirements. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for team inquiries and coordinate with internal departments and agencies Audit team performance, monitor metrics, and manage the claims process to ensure timely payments Train new and existing employees on department procedures and assist in developing claims processes for new agencies Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical billing or claims processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and complex projects Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor and guide team members
