Leading consulting services for high-profile corporate real estate clients, the full-time Healthcare Client Consulting Director will develop real estate strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee team operations in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Build and deliver real estate strategies for large clients while aligning with senior management's business vision Conduct strategic portfolio planning and monitor organizational performance, providing solutions for space rationalization Supervise and mentor team members, managing daily activities and ensuring effective training and development Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management is preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve targets impacting multiple departments In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
