We're looking for the operational leader who wants to help build that future.

This Is Not a Traditional Legal Operations Role.

We're looking for someone with the skillset and passion to help scale complex organizations—someone who loves organizational design, leadership development, operational excellence, and building systems that allow great people to thrive.

You'll partner directly with senior leadership to help build an organization capable of growing from approximately 250 team members today to well over 1,000 over the coming years while preserving the culture that makes us unique.

More importantly, you'll help design the operating system that enables that growth.

Opportunities like this don't come along often. Most operational leaders inherit organizations that are already built. This role is different. You'll help design how our company operates for years to come as we expand into new markets, develop future leaders, and build systems capable of supporting more than 1,000 team members—without sacrificing the culture that got us here.

This is not for you if:

• If you lean more toward getting things done rather than setting strategy , organizing work, and delegating. We love people who get things done but this is not for a high performing individual contributor. This is a leadership role. 
• Not for someone who is unable to communicate clearly
• Not for someone who does not want to develop people into leaders

• An organizational structure that scales intelligently as we expand.
• Leadership coaching systems that develop managers into exceptional leaders.
• Clear operational processes that improve consistency, accountability, and execution.
• Succession plans that allow us to promote from within whenever possible.
• Workforce planning that anticipates future staffing needs before they become urgent.
• Operational systems that maintain excellence across multiple states, each with its own legal requirements.
• Technology, reporting systems, and business intelligence that help every team member understand exactly how they're performing, where they can improve, and how they can succeed.

1. Client happiness scores are at or above plan 
2. Cases closed goals are at or above plan 
3. Lawyer negotiation score are at or above plan
