Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $110 per Billable Hour (Hybrid)

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related challenges to thrive.
About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients, while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring our Behavior Technicians and providing high-quality client services. With a strong background in ABA, you will leverage your expertise to improve treatment outcomes and ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related challenges
Conduct behavioral assessments and consultations to identify areas for improvement
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality client services
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients and their families
