RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Firstpointofcustomercontactforgatheringinformationneededoninquiriesafteronlineapplicationsaresubmitted Buildsandmaintainsbusinessrelationshipswithclientsbyprovidingpromptandaccurateservicetopromotecustomersatisfaction EnterclearandconciseupdatestotherelatedCRMleadsandactivity ResearchandobtainadditionalinformationneededtoassistinternalSalesTeammembersinsendingaleadthroughtheentirelifecycleoftheirrequest Deliverunparalleledvalue,excellentserviceandprovideapositiveclientexperience Timelyfollow-upwithboththeinternalSalesTeamandthecustomerthroughtheentirelifecycleoftheirrequest EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Outstanding written and oral communication skills Abilitytoworkindependentlyandeffectivelyaspartofateam,whilehandlingmultipletasksandresponsibilitiessimultaneously Abilitytomanagemultipleclientsituations,needs,andinquiries Needtobeabletobuildandmaintaingoodcross-enterpriseworkingrelationships Experienceworkinginpersonalinjuryorparalegalworkisaplus Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
