Job Summary We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Sealcoat Crew Laborer to assist with asphalt maintenance and sealcoating operations. This role involves prepping surfaces, applying sealcoat, handling equipment, and supporting the crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. It’s a hands‑on, outdoor job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, blowing, edging, and removing debris Assist with mixing, loading, and applying sealcoat material to driveways, parking lots, and roadways Use brushes, squeegees, and spray systems to apply sealcoat evenly Set up cones, barricades, and signage to ensure safe work zones Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment; assist with clean‑up at the end of each shift Assist with crack filling, line striping, and other related tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times Work cooperatively with team members and take direction from the foreman Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
