HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cytotechnologist for a travel job in Pensacola, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

8:00AM - 4:30PM 

Procedures performed on unit: general chemistry, immunoassay, blood bank, hematology, gram stains, body fluid work ups, urinalysis, POC serology testing, blood culture ID

• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :
• Type of equipment : Sysmex XN, ACL Tops, Vista, Centaur, Clinitek, Siemens Atlas, UF1000, EPOC
• Documentation system: Meditech LIS
• Scheduling requirements: 12 hours shifts, rotating weekends
• Floating policy: Be able to help cover several departments within the lab

Must have: Florida State License for Medical technology/ Clinical Laboratory Scientist Requested Skill Set: Generalist Med Tech skills, Prefer strong blood bank skills, Exceptional multitasker and team player Advanced skills needed: Antibody workups, troubleshooting, customer service, some data input, specimen batching
