Regional Sales Director, Structural Heart - TAVI (Pacific Northwest)

Abbott seeks a Regional Sales Director for its Structural Heart TAVI business in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves leading territory managers and clinical specialists, driving regional sales strategy, and coaching teams on clinical competencies and customer engagement for transcatheter aortic valve interventions.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional sales plan and franchise goals while maintaining team safety and positive culture
- Recruit, onboard, and coach direct reports on sales and clinical performance with quarterly goal setting
- Conduct quarterly field travel with team to visit customers and ensure clinical competency advancement
- Provide sales forecasting accuracy and monitor team compliance with SFDC, Mentor, Power BI systems
- Oversee regional budget, direct report expenses, and contract negotiation support
Requirements
- 10+ years interventional cardiology/cardiovascular experience with 2+ years college education, or bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience
- Documented sales and clinical performance in interventional cardiology or cardiovascular domain
- Leadership capability with critical thinking to direct workstreams and monitor team objectives
- Ability to supervise direct reports on clinical and sales metrics with quality oversight
- Solutions-oriented problem solver with fact-based decision making approach
- Vendor credentialing requirements satisfaction, including potential COVID-19 vaccination verification
