Why skilled Technicians join the Ready Fleet LLC team: Competitive and above average compensation - paid weekly Night shift pay differential guaranteed Overtime paid at time and a half rate Great benefits package – includes medical, dental, vision, life, time off, company cell phone, and 401K and match up to 3% Tools are purchased by the company and provided to our technicians Our technicians are provided with five t-shirts, a hoodie, $100 clothing stipend and boots 2 weeks of Time Off starting at 90 days of employment Referral bonuses available There is a direct path of advancement for our Technicians and opportunities to move into management or leadership roles Unlike at larger companies, the owners will know you by name: they are always accessible and open to opinions and suggestions DOT Physical and Certification provided Job duties: Tire repair and/or tire replacement, jump start refrigerated trailers, trailer door seals, trailer dolly legs, trailer door and hardware, wheel seals, air brake systems repairs, patch holes in trailer roof, side panels, and floor, repair electrical and lighting problems, weld/repair mud flap brackets Communicate effectively with Manager and Dispatch to coordinate repairs and meet customer requirements Complete work orders, document parts used, and labor hours for repairs completed Responsibly drive service truck from shop to service site and return to the shop Ensure the service truck is fueled and complete proper maintenance to assure service truck remains operational Guarantee service truck parts are inventoried and restock parts as needed - this includes taking along parts that may be needed to complete repairs on site \nCompany Description Auto Detailing in the Mid-West Welcome to Ready Feet, Inc.
