HUD/Section 8 Property Manager — Affordable Housing Lead

OPTI STAFFING GROUP is hiring a Property Manager in Seattle, WA to oversee multiple apartment buildings in affordable housing. You will handle leasing, income certifications, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and tenant relations under HUD Project-Based Section 8 guidelines. Experience in affordable property management and HUD COS training are required.
