Member Services Associate II - Member Experience
YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta
YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Member Service Representative Level 2 to ensure exceptional service to members, guests, and participants at the Cecil Pruett Community Center YMCA. This role includes welcoming members, resolving concerns, and fostering relationships. Candidates must demonstrate computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage time and tasks. Experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
