Key Responsibilities Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage state and federal e-filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlines Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, discovery tracking, and trial preparation Act as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlines Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracy Proactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
