Job Description

1. Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of active construction projects.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and design professionals.
3. Manage project documentation using Procore.
4. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
5. Help develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
6. Review invoices, purchase orders, and subcontract documentation.
7. Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
8. Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings.
9. Perform site visits to monitor project progress and document field conditions.
10. Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working for a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role.
• Experience supporting high-end residential, interior renovation, or commercial interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Procore.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
