Supervising Physician (Onsite)

Position Overview Supervising Physician (Onsite) – play a vital role in laser tattoo removal. Bring medical expertise onsite to guide Laser Associate, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care at every visit. Collaborate with Regional Manager, studio staff, and occasionally the Clinical Advisory Board to maintain high clinical quality. Responsibilities Serve as the onsite supervising physician for the assigned studio Be onsite during assigned studio operating hours Conduct brief examinations and treatment reviews as required by state regulations Provide timely guidance on any clinical questions from studio staff Maintain confidentiality of all client, staff, and employee information Occasionally collaborate with the Clinical Advisory Board and fellow supervising physicians to ensure best practices are consistently applied Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials Position Specifics Location: 1404 N. Meacham Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60173 Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time, permanent W2 Studio hours: Tuesday 11:00 am‑7:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am‑6:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am‑4:00 pm Benefits No overnights Eight (8) company‑paid holidays 120 hours of accrued paid vacation time 8 hours of paid volunteer time annually Paid parental leave Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with HRA option, STD, and LTD 401(k) with generous company match Team member referral bonus program Employee assistance program Collaborative work environment promoting diversity and inclusion Ongoing comprehensive training Position Requirements Active, unencumbered physician license in IL Reliable transportation to commute to home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed Effective and client‑centric communication style Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Out‑of‑state travel for training may be required Ability to sit for hour‑long increments Ability to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body Ability to maintain highly confidential information Strong wrist dexterity and strength with ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms) Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing assigned laser safety goggles Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
