Job Title: Accountant

Location: 5 days a week onsite Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.
• Generate financial reports and provide analysis for management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Years of accounting experience (public/private accounting preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
