Job Description Job Description Department Finance & Accounting Reports To Controller / CFO FLSA Status Exempt Employment Type Full-Time Location On-site / Hybrid —The Swan Center Position Summary The Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day financial accounting of the practice, with particular emphasis on provider and staff compensation — including commission calculations, bonus administration, and periodic true-ups. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records across a multi-revenue-stream environment (surgical services, injectables, laser and energy-based treatments, skincare retail, and membership/package programs), and partners closely with practice leadership, providers, and payroll/HR to ensure compensation is calculated correctly and paid on time.
