Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and run daily operations
- Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 100+ people
- High level of financial responsibility and accountability
- Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
- Ability to implement effective systems to drive, scale & grow the business
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years as a full-service General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with $8 million or higher in sales volume
- Must be highly polished and professional,
- Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
- Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability
- Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor
- New restaurant opening experience is a PLUS!
