Accounting Manager

Insight Financial Staffing & Search Group

We are seeking an Accounting Manager for this corporate manufacturing company. Successful candidates will have proven Financial Reporting experience within a manufacturing environment. This position is open due to growth. Job Responsibilities For This Accounting Manager Position: Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Present financial results and insights to senior leadership as needed and lead the monthly budget versus actual financial reviews with key operational leaders. Ensure reporting aligns with strategic objectives and operational performance metrics. Support and coordinate the month‑end close process in partnership with the accounting team. Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and GAAP compliance. Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecast. Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are maintained. Develop custom financial models and ad hoc reports for leadership requests. Job Requirement For This Accounting Manager Position: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field (required). CPA License, preferred but not required. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience. Experience supporting annual audits and consolidated reporting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
