Accounting Manager

SECTR Partners are supporting a growing DSO in their search for an Accounting Manager based in Dallas. The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-location dental organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and the timely completion of monthly close activities. Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for multiple dental practices. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Payroll, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Manage and mentor a team of Senior and Staff Accountants Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance +4 years progressive accounting experience Experience in a PE-bakced multi-site healthcare company required #J-18808-Ljbffr
