You lead a team of Credit Officers and Analysts, ensuring service excellence and adherence to credit quality standards. You collaborate with partners across the firm to meet organizational goals and support continuous improvement. You help us deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to our strategic direction.Job responsibilities:Proactively manage the credit delivery process from start to finish through partnerships with Credit OperationsLead and develop a team of Credit Officers and Analysts, ensuring high service levels and credit qualityOversee team capacity and ensure target metric goals are metConduct quality reviews of underwriting analysesLead meetings with Lending Advisory, Underwriting, and Operations to drive prioritizationMonitor weekly reports to ensure portfolios meet targetsProvide training and communicate objectives in team meetingsParticipate in portfolio management and credit administration with Lending Advisory and Credit ExecutiveEnsure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies, focusing on cost-efficient credit deliveryOffer decisive and prudent credit guidance, structuring appropriate solutions for the bank and clientsServe as a resource and mentor within the credit organization and participate in local leadershipRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s degree required 7 years consumer and commercial bank lending experienceStrong analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesCommitment to customer service and teamworkAbility to work in a high-production environment and meet targetsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or STEM preferred)Completion of a major bank credit-training programKnowledge of Capital Markets and Operating CompaniesExperience with JPMC software applications and broad bank product knowledgeAbility to interact with senior management and sales personnelAbility to manage multiple projects with urgencyFluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or other languages used by global clients JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
