About the Opportunity:

• Join an aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Programmer responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs for a diverse range of precision components. You'll work across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, helping improve cycle times, quality, and production efficiency while partnering closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams.

What You'll Do:

• Develop efficient and reliable CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, including complex multi-axis aerospace components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to determine machining requirements, tooling, workholding, and process strategies.
• Develop fixturing and workholding solutions and support CNC machine setup and production activities.
• Optimize machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and minimize waste.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, inspect finished parts, and maintain accurate setup sheets, tool libraries, programs, and process documentation.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years of experience in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CAMWorks, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• 7+ years of experience with various CNC machines.

• Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or Engineering
• Aerospace industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in programming and machining.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document processes.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
