Communications Consultant

Serve as lead in the coordination and execution of major corporate events, including in-person leadership meetings and hybrid all-coworker business updates. Collaborate with department and cross-functional leaders to plan event agendas and logistics. Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality event execution. Monitor event budgets and ensure all financial aspects are handled according to company policies. Collect feedback and participate in the evaluation of events to improve future initiatives. Act as a thought partner with other functional areas within the company to ensure clear and concise enterprise communications. Serve as part of the on-call rotation for emergency response communications, which may include evening and weekend work. Requirements High School or GED-General Educational Development Diploma. Minimum 5 years of job-related experience. CA Class C License, or equivalent. Record of Clean Driving. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in planning and executing events. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Certified Meeting Planner Professional (CMP). Experience in corporate environments. Ability to create engaging visual presentations for various audiences.
